Renowned as a favourite time of year to visit, September brings warm, but not too warm temperatures, gorgeous sunshine and a low chance of rainfall. September is also the lowest humidity for the year. So, while the rest of Australia defrosts from their chilly winter months, you can enjoy riding, swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling in beautiful Port Douglas.
